Ex Miami reports that a third tower is being added to the Brickell Heights Project and will be located across the street from the first two towers on South Miami Avenue.

World famous Arquitectonica will be the architect for all three buildings. The architectural firm also has several other projects underway in the Magic City including My Brickell and the SLS (both in Brickell), Paraiso Bay (Edgewater), Icon Bay (Midtown) as well as the Swire's massive $1B development in the heart of Brickell, Brickell City Centre.
